Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the G6 Owners Alliance (G6OA) platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the platform.

Eligibility

G6OA is a private platform for owners of properties under the G6 Hospitality umbrella, including Motel 6, Studio 6, and dual-brand properties. Membership requires verification of ownership or authorized management status.

Platform Purpose

G6OA provides a structured intelligence and coordination platform for franchise owners. The platform is designed to help owners identify patterns, track contracts, access legal awareness resources, and share best practices.

Member Conduct

Members agree to:

• Provide accurate information about their ownership or management status
• Use the platform for legitimate business purposes only
• Respect the confidentiality of shared information
• Not share platform content with non-members without authorization
• Engage professionally and constructively with other members

Intellectual Property

Content shared on the platform by members remains the property of those members. By contributing content, you grant G6OA a license to use, display, and distribute that content within the platform to other verified members. Aggregated and anonymized data may be used to generate insights and reports.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. G6OA does not guarantee the accuracy of information shared by members or third-party sources. Members should independently verify critical information before making business decisions.

Limitation of Liability

G6OA and its representatives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. This includes but is not limited to business losses, legal outcomes, or reliance on platform information.

Membership and Fees

G6OA operates as a member-supported organization. Membership fees and contributions support platform operations and development. G6OA is currently in the process of formal nonprofit formation. Contributions at this stage are not tax-deductible.

Termination

G6OA reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership for violations of these terms, fraudulent representation of ownership status, or behavior that harms the platform or other members.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Members will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which G6OA is formally established, once nonprofit formation is complete. Until that time, disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
